Went for my first Reclast infusion. Everyone was so friendly and they explained everything in detail before starting the procedure. Facility was very clean. I will definitely return next year. If you get cold easy they have blankets but I brought my own that was much thicker which I definitely needed since it was so cold.

Upon arrival I was greeted by Mickey whose friendly demeanor set a positive tone for the appointment. The appointment commenced promptly,which I greatly appreciated. During my visit, Briana played a role in making me feel at ease. I would like to commend Niki for her impressive knowledge and awareness of very recent changes to the doses. Her expertise is invaluable. Great staff!

Everyone of the Staff Members were exceptional and tended to me throughout the process to check on me. Everyone was a delight. Not that I want to have to make frequent visits, but if I do, I know the Staff will be great the next time.

My appointment was on a Sunday. Although the parking lot was nearly empty, the staff was there when I arrived (on time for my appointment). They were very friendly and professional. I was in and out within 20 minutes. The staff was wonderful.

Sage professionals have made my husband feel comfortable and well cared for during treatment. Taking extra time when he needed it.

The personnel are all friendly, helpful, and professional. They offered me water and a snack at my last visit even though my treatments take no more than 15 minutes for everything they have to do. And they never keep me waiting for more than a minute or two before they take me back and immediately get started on my treatment, something I can’t say for any other similar health-related provider!

I originally went to Sage Infusion because it was one of few facilities who would take my insurance. I was expecting the worse, but it ended up being a good move. It is such a nice, friendly and comfortable facility. The nurses are knowledgeable, explaining each procedure to you to ensure you understand each next step. I love the roomy, comfortable space you get for infusions as well.

I’m actually a snow bird from Ny and have my prolia injection at home and when south to our home I’ve established my 6 month injection here in ft myers, the atmosphere is so nic and clean and very calming, the staff is very professional and they are excellent, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else and it’s actually righ around the corner from me. I have had the best experience at Sage Infusion in Fort Myers. Lexi is awesome. Macy is awesome and the gals in the front are the best. They are very accommodating and you know they genuinely care about you as an individual. Lexi goes above and beyond. She texted me after I got home to make sure I was okay and if I had any concerns or questions. Wow!!

They couldn’t have been nicer. Everything was smooth and very well explained on everything. It’s definitely not nice being sick but they make it a lot easier.

The staff is exceptional from beginning to end. From being greeted at the front door, to experienced IV placement, explanations and monitoring—I was in excellent care. Above and beyond. I’m not bruised today and that’s a first for me. Thank you Sage and my hat is off to the caring staff.

This was the best decision. My results are amazing. I have discoid lupus. The butterfly rashes are almost gone and this was my 2nd dose. I recommend this treatment. I am so happy!!! Say bye to prednisone and hello saphnelo! 10/10 highly recommend.

But a place cannot be outstanding unless you have a staff that is friendly, considerate, and do all they can to make you feel comfortable and at home like this staff. I am so glad we selected Sage!

Sage Infusion Orlando is staffed by incredibly professional, kind people throughout. They are extremely caring. The facility is very clean and comfortable. This all makes our bi-weekly infusion appointments almost something to look forward to.

All the staff at Sage Infusion provided excellent care. They were quick to scheduling an appointment and automatically enrolled me into a Medication Patient Assistant Program to help cover the cost of the infusion. All the staff from the front desk and nurse practitioner were very friendly and attentive during the course of the infusion. I would highly recommend Sage Infusion.

This infusion center is very caring and tentative with their patients. They do everything they can to make me feel comfortable throughout my treatments. The receptionist Shantel, clinician Renae and nurse Ariana are very helpful and supportive from start to finish. I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend this infusion center to anyone who’s looking to start Tepezza treatments.

Wonderful, calm atmosphere to have an infusion in. Staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have only had one infusion so far but this will be my go to place going forward. I have to get infusions every 3 months for my migraines so to find such a great place has made my stress level over this much less. Highly recommend!

Super nice facility and employees. They were able to give me my Entyvio infusion based on my NY gastro doctor’s script. Local gastro MD S.Baskar couldn’t manage it. Sage was most helpful in helping me transverse the antiquated Florida healthcare system. I don’t know if I could have managed it without them.
