The Villages Lake Sumter

My experience with Sage Infusion was excellent. I was very nervous and the staff put me at ease. It started with the check in of Ally and Kimbere, very warm and welcoming. The clinician Willie and infusion care nurse/assistant Maggie were excellent, caring and informative. I will not hesitate to go back next year when I have to get my yearly Reclast infusion.

I had the pleasure of meeting the Sage infusion staff at Lake Sumter. Kimbere, Teri and Maggie were very professional, kind and reassuring. I would highly them. Even the receptionist was nice!

Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had a good experience

From the time I arrived until I left they were there to take care of me. Frequently asked me if I was okay and if I needed anything. I was spoiled!

The staff are very professional and knowledgeable along with being very personable. Maggie is excellent RN and Will the NP really helped me feel at ease with my treatment. The facility is very nice. Yes I will recommend this facility and staff to anyone.

Sage did a great job on my infusion. Staff was very professional and friendly. Highly recommend their services.

We laugh alot while I'm there. And some of tbe other patients laugh with us. Laughing is good.

Great experience with everyone from intake , (Lisa ), to receptionists ,( Tanya). To nurse , Will. All professional, friendly.and informative . They facilitated and administered my Tezpire injections .

The staff is so friendly and helpful! I’ve had 2 infusions there and I am really satisfied. The building is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing! I am so glad that I switched to Sage!

Everyone was very nice and pleasant. The experience was good. Very bright and and pleasant center not dark and drab like so many other places.

William was my tech today and I was so impressed with him. He spoke very well and explained everything in detail to me. He is very knowledgeable of his job. If he is not a trainer or manager, he should be. He possesses the skills and great attitude to be one. Great guy, great company!
