We are working to add more insurances as we grow and expand our locations to meet our patients’ needs. Please note we will work with you to receive financial assistance if needed. We accept all insurance (except Medicaid) for patients being treated with Sage medications.

Our promise is to provide a cost estimate to every patient before each appointment when an amount is due—ensuring patients can plan, prepare, and make informed financial decisions as it relates to their healthcare.

At Sage Infusion, we provide the highest quality infusion care while keeping costs down.

How?

We keep administration and drug prices low. Our clinics are staffed with Nurse Practitioners and Physicians Assistants specifically trained in infusion care, saving patients 15% on administration charges upfront. Additionally, our drug prices are never more than 8% above medicare, passing significant drug savings to patients.

No Extra Charges

At Sage Infusion, we never charge for office visits, pre-consultations, extra labs, and pre-medications.

Our team partners closely with your doctor, reducing duplicative services and saving patients an estimated $500 or more of extra costs.

We work on behalf of every eligible patient with financial assistance programs to make treatment as affordable as possible—regardless of which insurance you carry, If we are “out-of-network” with your insurance, or even if you don’t have insurance. For patients with out-of-pocket responsibility, we provide flexible payment options to ensure your care works with your budget.
