Nulojix

Nulojix
NULOJIX® (belatacept) is an immunosuppressive infusion therapy used to help prevent organ rejection in adults who have received a kidney transplant. It works by selectively blocking T‑cell activation, offering a targeted approach to long‑term transplant maintenance.
Administration Information
NULOJIX is given by IV infusion on a scheduled dosing plan and is used in combination with other immunosuppressive medications. There is an initial dose phase which is followed by a maintenance dose phase. The initial dose phase begins the day of transplant (day 1) and then 4 days, 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks after the transplant. After the initial dose phase, NULOJIX will be continued every 4 weeks during the maintenance phase.
