Tyruko
TYRUKO® (natalizumab-sztn), the first FDA-approved biosimilar to TYSABRI® (natalizumab), a prescription medication used to treat relapsing forms of Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and moderately to severely active Crohn's Disease.
It is shown to help control relapses of MS and acts as an integrin receptor antagonist to prevent immune cells from entering the brain and spinal cord, It is also shown to work as an anti-inflammatory monoclonal antibody to induce remission in Crohn’s disease by blocking immune cells from entering the gut.
It carries a risk of PML (progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy) requiring a strict REMS program for patient monitoring.
Administration Information
TYRUKO is administered as an intravenous or "IV" infusion every 4 weeks.

headache
lung infection
vaginitis
stomach-area pain
feeling tired
depression
rash
urinary tract infection
pain in your arms and legs
nose and throat infections
joint pain
diarrhea
nausea
